Chapter 1

The entrepreneur

I started by building my own business from scratch. No external investment. No instruction manual. I learned to sell online when nobody in Spain was yet talking about eCommerce. I worked with Groupon, Letsbonus, Groupalia and dozens of other platforms, eventually becoming the largest European supplier on Groupon. I built the business channel by channel, made the mistakes that cost real money, and learned what breaks when you grow too fast without the right foundations. That experience is worth more than any certification.

Chapter 2

The brand manager

Then I came to work from inside a leading national brand. In a year and a half, I tripled the Amazon account — from €500,000 to €1,700,000. I multiplied the Shopify channel by more than three without investing a single euro in paid advertising. And we launched the Miravia channel, which went from almost nothing to five times its initial size. Each channel with its own strategy, but all pushing in the same direction: growing the business.
